1. Infrastructure
Bore-ON Central is hosted on Google Cloud Platform via Firebase. All data is stored in US-based data centers with 99.9% uptime SLA. Our infrastructure benefits from Google's enterprise-grade physical security, network protection, and operational practices.
2. Data Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Database backups are encrypted and stored in geographically separate locations.
3. Authentication
We use Firebase Authentication with support for email/password and Google OAuth. All passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Role-based access control restricts data access to authorized users only.
4. Access Control
Bore-ON Central implements role-based access control with the following roles: Super Admin, Admin, Supervisor, Foreman, and Crew. Each role has specific permissions that limit access to relevant features and data. Multi-company isolation ensures data separation between organizations.
5. Audit Trail
All significant actions within the platform are logged with timestamps, user identification, and details of changes made. Audit logs are immutable and retained for compliance purposes.
6. Data Backup
Automated daily backups of all data. Point-in-time recovery available. Backups are encrypted and stored in separate geographic regions.
7. Reporting Vulnerabilities
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@boreoncentral.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond promptly.
